Anna Hiltensberger, Founder
„We’re not here to fix the future. We’re here to redesign the human who meets it.“
About Humans4Future
Humans4Future was born from a simple but radical premise: Real change starts with how we think, choose, and relate.
We live in an age of acceleration—technologies evolving faster than our nervous systems, decisions outpacing awareness, parenting happening in performance rather than presence.
What we need now is not more information. We need transformation—not as a buzzword, but as an upgrade of human consciousness. One person at a time.
That’s what Humans4Future exists to serve.
Why This Work Exists
At the core of every social, ecological, and organizational challenge is the same hidden variable: the architecture of the human mind.
My work focuses on reshaping that architecture through:
Neuroplastic Mental Acceleration (NMA)
Consciousness Change Therapy (CCT)
Symbolic and identity-based development
Grounded, one-on-one and collective support
I work with individuals, parents, creators, leaders, and those at the threshold of becoming more than their role or résumé.
This is not surface-level coaching. This is foundational re-alignment.
Who’s Behind This
Humans4Future was founded by Anna Hiltensberger—trainer, coach, mother, and symbolic systems thinker. After years leading consciousness-based leadership work through the Council for Human Development, Anna gave birth not only to her daughter, but to a new question:
What if parenting itself was the most powerful gateway to personal evolution?
The answer became Superhumanbaby.
Conscious Parenthood Begins Within
Superhumanbaby is more than a program. It’s a place where mothers are seen as humans in rebirth—not just caregivers.
Combining neuroscience, emotional development, and deep personal guidance, SHB gives parents the tools to:
Understand their baby’s needs
Navigate their own identity shifts
Build real emotional attunement, not just routines
Because raising the next generation means raising ourselves first.

About
the founder
Anna Hiltensberger is the founder of Humans4Future and Superhumanbaby, with a background in business economics, transformation consulting, and symbolic development.
She has spent the past decade supporting organizational growth and identity evolution—working across sectors to strengthen collaboration, clarity, and conscious leadership. Her approach combines strategic insight with depth psychology and neuroplastic transformation.
Anna’s most powerful shift came not in the boardroom, but through birth.
Becoming a mother revealed the raw terrain of identity change—and inspired her to create spaces where both parents and professionals could evolve with intention.
Becoming a mother revealed the raw, unfiltered terrain of transformation: the place where presence meets pressure, and where identity must be rebuilt from within. Superhumanbaby was born from that space—a space where growth is no longer optional, but embodied.
Today, Anna brings the rare combination of strategic intelligence and deep emotional presence to her work. Whether she’s guiding a CEO, a new parent, or a founder in transition, she does so with clarity, compassion, and the belief that the future will be shaped by those who choose to evolve—consciously.
“When I was 18, someone wrote about me: ‘Perfect mother and housewife—marriage material.’
And that was probably never more true than at that moment. I thought I had it all figured out—strict but loving, organized, composed. What else to expect from an Aquarius?
Nearly 20 years later, I finally had the chance to prove it—by becoming a mother for the first time. But I’d changed. Not just in years, but in identity. And what I discovered wasn’t how prepared I was… but how unprepared I had been to meet myself in the process. Because becoming a mother wasn’t a performance. It was an unraveling.
In those decades, I went from growing up in a small town to living in New York City and settling in Zürich. I led teams. I advised organizations. I built a career around structure, clarity, and performance.
But nothing prepared me more for life than facing it—not in theory, not on paper, and not with a title—but by learning how to observe and reprogram my own mind.
Through my training in Consciousness Change Therapy (CCT) and Neuroplastic Mental Acceleration (NMA), I learned to sit with discomfort, watch myself think, questions my patterns and choose presence over reaction - watch the stories I told myself, and to rewire the patterns that were never mine to carry.
Through them, I had learned to ask better questions. And motherhood gave me the most powerful one yet: Who am I now? Who do I want to become—not just for my child, but with her?
So when I became a mother, I didn’t just bring a baby into the world—I met a new version of myself.
One that wasn’t finished.
One that wasn’t perfect.
One that didn’t need to be.
That’s what birthed Superhumanbaby. Not an idea. Not a product. A path I walked—bleeding, stretching, and evolving—until it became clear that other women deserved this space too.
To not just raise a child, but to raise themselves."
