These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, subscriptions, and services offered through the websites www.humans4future.com, www.superhumanbaby.com, www.stilldonuts.com/.de/.ch operated by Humans4Future.

1. Products (e.g. Breastfeeding Donuts)

  • All physical products are described as accurately as possible.

  • Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to handcrafted nature.

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days and shipped via Swiss Post or equivalent service.

  • You have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product, provided it is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

  • Coaching services, access to downloadable content, and subscription-based offerings (such as Conversations with GED, or Superhumanbaby resources) are delivered digitally.

  • All digital sales are final. Cancellations are possible for future billing cycles, but no refunds are given for past access.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24h notice; missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

  • Access to digital materials is for individual, non-commercial use only.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our services and materials are designed to support conscious parenting and emotional well-being.

  • They are not medical advice and do not replace professional care.

  • Humans4Future is not liable for decisions made based on our content or tools, including SAC interactions.

4. Payment & Security

  • We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. All payment data is handled securely through encrypted payment processors.

  • Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content provided on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, PDFs, digital downloads, programs and blog posts - is the intellectual property of Humans4Future and, where indicated, affiliated partners such as the Council for Human Development.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of this content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to:

  • Reference, cite, or share our content publicly,

  • Include it in academic, educational, therapeutic, or media contexts,

  • Or use any part of our programs, texts, or ideas in your own work,
